Beethoven is for Wayne State students and staff working with the lab. Fill this in and the lab lead will look at it. Once you are approved, Beethoven starts working the next time you click its icon on your portal.

Two letters and four digits, the one you sign in to Academica with. Your AccessID followed by @wayne.edu. Up to 500 characters.

What this page sends: the four fields above, and the name of the product this page belongs to, to the lab's own service. The connection you send from is kept only as a hash for up to two days, to limit repeats. What happens next

The lead approves requests by hand, usually within a few days. You can come back to this page and send the same request again to see where it stands: it will say pending, approved, or not approved. When you are approved, click the Beethoven icon on your portal; you do not need to wait for an e-mail.
